Conditions of Indomie Saudi Arabia competitions
- Participants acknowledge that the information they provide is true and that they belong to them and that there is no infringement of the intellectual property rights of any third party and does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party
- Pinehill Arabian Foods Co. Ltd. – Indomie Saudi Arabia has all rights to dispose of the competition and to withhold any prize or cancel the winning of any participant, and this does not entail any rights or claims from the participants
- The participants in the competition authorize the company, without any expenses, to publish and broadcast their names, photographs, video images and their audio recordings, except for what is prohibited by law anywhere in the world for the purposes of marketing, advertising, promotion or any other purpose in any media.
- All entries from fake accounts do not meet the conditions of the competition and will be canceled
- Newly registered accounts (9 months or less) and accounts that only made for online contests will be excluded from the competition.
- All photos and videos taken from the Internet will be excluded and participation with that account will be cancelled.
- No participant is entitled to win more than one prize in the same competition, and only the highest prize will be awarded to them
- If a user is suspected of having multiple accounts, participation will be canceled and the prize will be withdrawn
- If all or part of the winner’s data matches another winner’s, the company has the full right to cancel participation and withdraw the prize.
- In the event of violating any of the terms of the competition, participation will be canceled and the prize will be withdrawn even after the winner’s name is announced on social media sites.
- After announcing the names of the winners, the data submitted by them will be reviewed. If there is a violation of the terms of the current competition or any of Indomie’s previous competitions, participation will be canceled and the prize will be withdrawn.
- The prize awarded in this competition cannot be exchanged for cash or exchanged for any other materials.
- The winners of the competition must collect the prize in person from the company’s headquarters, according to personal proof (Nationla ID / Iqama).
- If the recipient is acting on behalf of the winner, he/she must bring proof of the winner’s identity along with proof of the recipient’s identity (Nationla ID / Iqama).
- Pinehill Arabia Foods Company Limited – Indomie Saudi Arabia has the right to request that the winner be photographed with the prize
- The winners must send their complete required information within 14 days from the date of announcing the winners’ names, otherwise the winner will lose the right to claim the prize.
- The winner loses his right to claim the prize if he fails to appear to receive the prize on the date specified by Indomie Saudi Arabia.
- Pinehill Arabian Foods Company Limited has the right to amend or change the terms of the competition or stop the competition completely, and this does not entail any rights or claims by the participants.
- All company employees and their families or first-degree relatives are not eligible to participate in the competition
- By entering this competition, participants acknowledge that they have read and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions
- These terms and conditions apply to all Indomie Saudi Arabia competitions on social media
